Return & exchange policy

At Glam S, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You may return items within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

Please note that certain items, such as opened cosmetics or hygiene products, cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may exchange it for a new one. Contact our customer service within 7 hours of receiving the product with details and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement.

3. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a few business days.

4. Non-returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item unless the item was damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
